Prices, payment and order details
Review the currency, selected items, quantities, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and order total presented at checkout before confirming payment. Available payment options are those displayed for your order at checkout; availability can vary. Do not send card numbers or payment passwords by email.
Give us accurate contact, billing and delivery information so that we can process your order and reach you about it. Keep your order confirmation for reference and tell us promptly if its details are incorrect. If you create an account, keep its login details secure.
Prices and promotions can change for future orders. Later website changes do not, by themselves, change an existing purchase. If we identify a material error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available next steps, consistent with applicable law. Any payment for an order that we cannot fulfill will be refunded.
Order changes, delivery and returns
To request an address correction, order change or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number. We will check the order's status. A request is not confirmation that a change has been made; changes may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch. Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
